MTN MotoWorks accepts major credit cards and supported digital wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal Wallet, and Shop Pay. Available payment methods may vary by device, browser, location, and order eligibility and are displayed securely at checkout.

Your payment details are handled by Shopify's checkout and our payment providers. MTN MotoWorks never sees or stores your full card number.

We will never ask you to send card information by email, text, DM, or social media. If anyone claiming to be MTN asks for it, don't send it. Contact us directly instead.

📦 ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

As soon as your order goes through, you'll get a confirmation at the email or phone number you used at checkout. Tracking details follow once your order ships.

Heads up: tracking isn't always available right away. After a label is created, it can take a few business days for the carrier to scan your package and show updates — especially on larger items and factory-direct orders. Rest assured, we're monitoring your order every step of the way, from processing to delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated or something doesn't look right, reach out and we'll check on it for you.
