RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MTN MotoWorks, we stand behind the products we offer and want you to shop with confidence.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including installed or used products, electrical components once installed or modified, custom or special-order items, gift cards, and clearance or sale items.

MTN MotoWorks is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or incompatible product combinations.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and fitment before purchase.

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused or subject to partial refund deductions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
