MTN MotoWorks is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, installation issues, fitment issues, or performance problems caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, racing use, off-road abuse, incompatible product combinations, electrical miswiring, reverse polarity, water exposure, or failure to confirm compatibility before purchase.

Professional installation is recommended for electrical components, performance parts, controls, lighting, wiring, batteries, controllers, and any product requiring mechanical or electrical installation.

Section 3 — Electrical Components and Installation-Sensitive Products

Electrical components and installation-sensitive products require proper handling, installation, and compatibility verification.

MTN MotoWorks is not responsible for damage caused by improper wiring, incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, incompatible components, incorrect installation, modification, water exposure, impact damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

Electrical components may be final sale once opened, installed, connected, modified, tested, or used, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

MTN MotoWorks reserves the right to accept, refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders may be canceled or modified due to inventory availability, fulfillment limitations, pricing errors, product listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, address issues, supplier availability, or other operational concerns.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible.

Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or issue refunds where appropriate.

Section 5 — Prices, Discounts, and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping rates, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize MTN MotoWorks and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, taxes, shipping fees, and applicable charges.

Discount codes, promotions, and offers may be limited by time, customer, order value, product eligibility, or other conditions. Discount codes may not be combined unless expressly allowed.

MTN MotoWorks reserves the right to modify, cancel, refuse, or revoke discounts, promotions, or orders involving misuse, abuse, suspected fraud, technical errors, or pricing errors.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Processing times, fulfillment times, and shipping/transit times may vary depending on product availability, inventory location, supplier availability, warehouse fulfillment, preorder status, carrier movement, destination, customs processing, and other circumstances.

Some products may ship from available MTN inventory, while others may ship from a fulfillment warehouse or approved supplier location.

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

MTN MotoWorks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, supplier delays, fulfillment delays, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MTN MotoWorks is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may result in delays, lost packages, return shipping charges, or reshipping fees.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Return requests must be approved before any item is shipped back to MTN MotoWorks. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund. Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by MTN MotoWorks.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by MTN MotoWorks.

Installed, used, opened when not eligible, modified, damaged, missing, or incomplete items may be refused or subject to partial refund deductions.
