16V Power Upgrade | 4-Cell 18650 Battery Box + Charger

MORE VOLTAGE. MORE GLOW. MORE HORN. Upgrade your 12V MTN light kit to rechargeable 16V power. This 4-cell 18650 battery box with charger swaps in for your current battery box, so you charge instead of buying batteries.

12V vs. 16V: our standard rechargeable battery box runs 3 cells at 12V. This upgrade box runs 4 cells for about 14.8V nominal and up to 16.8V fully charged, compared to about 12V from eight standard AA batteries. Expect stronger light output and a louder horn.

Fitment: uses the same waterproof XT60 connector as all MTN MotoWorks light listings. Works with MTN battery-powered light kits, including the 3-in-1 Headlight, Rock Light & Horn Kit, the 4-Light Rock Light Kit and the Big Glow Rock Light Kit. Not compatible with the light bar.

What's included: MTN 4-cell 18650 battery box with XT60 lead, wall charger, MTN gift box.

Batteries not included. Four 18650 cells are required and sold separately. Use high-quality flat-top 18650 cells.

Setup: install the four cells, then press the activation button for one second to turn on the output. Do not touch the circuit board with bare hands, since static can damage the chip.

Battery safety: use only matched, protected 18650 cells and the included charger. Do not mix old and new cells, or cells from different brands. Inspect cells before every charge and do not charge any that are damaged, swollen or leaking. Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface and never leave the box charging unattended.
