🔋 SMART BMS PERFORMANCE

The EVO GT uses a 22-piece HYG017N10 MOSFET BMS designed to support high-current discharge while controlling heat generation under heavy load.

The custom BMS design helps maintain stability during high-current pulses and provides protection against key battery damage scenarios during charging and discharging.

BMS protection and real-time battery condition can be viewed through Bluetooth app connection and the integrated color LCD display.

🧠 VTB INTERACTIVE COLOR LCD

The built-in VTB color LCD gives riders real-time battery data directly from BMS feedback.

Display feedback includes:

• State of charge
• Voltage
• Amperage
• Power output
• Temperature
• Fault feedback

This helps riders better identify issues such as temperature protection, short-circuit protection, low-temperature protection, or other battery shutoff conditions.

The display includes accidental touch protection when current is detected on the screen surface, helping reduce unintended power-off events during muddy or wet riding conditions.

🔌 FAST CHARGING SYSTEM

The mini XT90 charging port is designed to allow charging while the battery remains installed in the bike.

The port supports up to 50A continuous charging input when paired with the proper compatible fast charger. The rubber cap provides added protection against mud, sand, moisture, and debris.

Important: 1-hour quick charging requires the correct dedicated fast charger and proper power supply. Charger compatibility must be confirmed before use.

⚙️ HIGH-CURRENT CONNECTORS & SPARK PREVENTION

Two updated RAS 6808 connectors are used to support high-current output.

The battery also uses a holding-down power button design in place of a traditional breaker / air switch to help reduce arc or spark risk during shutdown.

🧱 BUILT FOR DEMANDING RIDING

The battery discharge cells are sealed with epoxy resin to support a supplier-stated IP67 waterproof rating for outdoor riding conditions.

The upgraded CNC copper-nickel-chrome tabs replace traditional nickel tabs, improving discharge efficiency by reducing resistance to approximately 0.1mΩ.

This pack is designed for high-output e-moto use where stronger acceleration, reduced voltage drop, and consistent power delivery matter.
