About the gift helmet: head circumference 61–63 cm (about 24.0–24.8 in), weight approx. 750 g (about 1.65 lb). Measure your head before you ride, and make sure any helmet fits snugly before use.

Other riding gear, including eye protection, gloves, boots and body armor, is not included.

This is an off-road electric dirt bike intended for off-road and closed-course use only. It is not street legal and is not eligible for roads or bicycle paths. Ride only on private property or trails where motorized riding is permitted.

The manufacturer's recommended rider age is 18+. Always wear protective gear, including a helmet, eye protection, gloves, boots and body armor. The 32.7-inch seat height and 130 lb weight are useful starting points when checking whether you can comfortably reach the ground and manage the bike at low speed.

Freight shipping is a flat rate to any U.S. address, shown at checkout. Orders process within 1–3 business days after your payment clears and your order is verified, and we confirm your delivery estimate at that point. Delivery is available within the United States only.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays. An order placed on a Friday, weekend or holiday starts processing on the next business day.

Check your bike on arrival. Inspect the box and the bike the day it arrives. Report any damage within 3 days of delivery with photos of the bike and the packaging, and keep all packaging until the claim is settled.

Every Falcon Pro order is verified before it is placed with our warehouse. We place your bike order and begin shipping only after your payment has been fully confirmed and cleared, and your order has passed review.

Payment verification may take longer depending on your payment method and your bank’s review. We may email or call you to confirm your order details, shipping address and payment. Please respond promptly, since your order cannot move forward until it is verified.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order is confirmed, not the day you place it. An order placed on a Friday, weekend or holiday starts processing on the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday begins on Monday.

An order whose payment does not clear, or that cannot be verified, will be canceled and any charge returned to the original payment method.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The bike must be unused and repacked in its original box with every accessory and manual. Return freight is paid by the buyer.

A bike that comes back in a different condition from how it was sent may be refused or refunded less for the loss in value. Contact support@mtnmotoworks.com before shipping anything back so we can set up the return.

Your Falcon Pro is covered by 79BIKE's official 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts the day the bike is received by the customer. MTN MotoWorks is your first point of contact for service and claims.

Conditions: you must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase or your order number. The warranty is non-transferable.

Covered for 12 months: battery, controller, LED lights, motor, display, throttle, electrical wiring and frame.

Not covered:

• Accidents, abuse, misuse or abnormal use, including stunt riding, racing or other activities not consistent with the intended use of the bike; improper storage; abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt; neglect; or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
• Defects or damage caused by private modification.
• Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by 79BIKE.
• A serial number or bar-code that has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
• Ordinary wear and tear.
• Accessories, products or ancillary or peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by 79BIKE.
• Assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment that differs from the assembly instructions or owner's manual.
• External causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, weather exposure, theft, blown fuses or improper use of any electrical source.

Battery: the warranty also does not cover damage from charging with a charger not intended or appropriate for the battery, using a charger improperly, broken battery seals or signs of tampering, or using the battery in equipment other than the bike it is specified for.

To make a claim, email support@mtnmotoworks.com with your order number and photos or video of the problem. After the issue is assessed, if it falls under the warranty, 79BIKE provides the necessary replacement parts free of charge. 79BIKE's technicians validate the defect, and you may need to work with a local technician. Any modification to the bike voids the warranty.
